'In today\'s Zeus Fitness workout , it\'s time to smash what I call the \'Hateful 8\' Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout.  So the aim of the game in this Full Body HIIT Workout is to target every muscle group and stack the exercises   Once we have have stacked all 8 exercises on top of each other. We then go down the other side wiping one away with each lap.   Everything will be explained in the video.   All of it crammed in around 30 minutes. You should work up a serious sweat and burn some calories with this one   So what we waiting for? Grab those dumbbells and let\'s smash it
